It's in the Day Parking lot.I think that Will Call is at the main entrance to the farm, not inside. If they have a procedure where all VIP/SVIP has to go to Will Call they will probably set up a separate booth for it near the VIP entrance.

I think it's because a new obsession was needed to replace the Big Announcement Any Day Now threads which ran out of time.Why in the hell is the wristband thread 12 pages long?? Of all of the things we can obsess about why is this getting so much attention?

I got my wristband today. The Lockn' one and the 'Lumni one. Most of you are probably saying, "Who cares? That has virtually no impact whatsoever on my life."
Or so you'd think.
I am always the last one to receive ANYTHING.
When I eat at restaurants, whether I dine with 3 other people or 20, and regardless of what I order, the waiter/waitress will always bring everybody else's food, and then make that one extra trip to bring my plate.
At the airport, whether I check in 2 hours early or get there with just enough time for an Olympic sprint into a majestic flying leap onto the plane as the stewardess is closing the door, I will always be the last man standing at the baggage claim waiting for my luggage.
I could cite numerous other cases where this applies without exception, but you all get the idea.
Point being, if you don't have your wristband now, I think you are perfectly justified in assuming full-blown panic mode.

So...what if you received your wristbands last night and in the moment of excited-ness not only put it on your wrist but also tightened it?!
I've clearly never been to a festival before. And I don't know why I thought I could just loosen it back up. I'd really prefer not to wear this to work for the next 2 weeks or so.. any ideas? I'm finding these are not as easy as prior year's to remove. If I can't take it off, and just decide to wear it until then, will it be a problem that it's on my left arm and not my right? Literally kicking myself in the ass right now

From what my friend told me..he's gone every year. And of course I youtubed it and these are different than most that I'm seeing from 2012-2015

Our friend was over the other night and decided to pull the band. Its tiny now but luckily my wife sized it up and she will be able to fit in it. I think you can get a replacement but its $20 and could be a big hassle. You could always wear long sleeves to work in the 90 deg heat.

If on the off chance that this is real then I would say screwed about sums it up. Call TicketsToady or whatever, confess your stupidity and ask for redemption. It may involve them killing your current band and sending you a replacement. Don't know but what the hell?

Just another helpful PSA. I spoke to the people at tickets today a few minutes ago and they said that if I have not received tickets by next Thursday to call. At that point they will make sure that there are tickets ready at will call. When you call and say you did not receive your tickets, even if they have already been mailed, they will mark the tickets as not received and have tickets ready at will call. I was also instructed to make sure that I had a copy of my receipt so I could get in the VIP entrance. Panic mode set in today for sure so I am glad to know that I will be able to celebrate my 40th birthday at Lockn even if my tickets don't come. Now where are my Xanax?

I did the same thing this summer at a show, I thought they were adjustable and spent three days in too-tight hell...

Can't believe the way people are flipping out over the Alumni wristbands...
Don't worry about those, they literally get you entrance to a tent on the field. Not worth worrying about.
Yes, I'm an alumni. No, I didn't get wristbands for ti.

I don't buy into the Lumni thing anyway. If you have been even once before you are a Lumni to me. If you buy tickets before a certain date that is early bird pricing, same as it ever was. You should be able to walk up to this Lumni tent and if you can prove that you have been even once then they give you a 50 cent bottle opener. Hell even if you cant prove it give them a damn bottle opener. Whole thing is silly...

My wristbands arrived yesterday, a day sooner than the USPS tracking said it would.
I paid priority which comes with tracking. Living out here in the boonies I don't like to take chances with items not arriving. Our outgoing mail service is excellent, but incoming at times gets hung up in the sorting hubs, or whatever you call them--Sandston, Roanoke, etc .

We'll be arriving Thursday 8/25 which is when my Dad turns 78. (He will be spending his b-day peacefully at home in Missouri.)
Oh and happy birthday, I am celebrating mine at Lockn as well!!!
"We" = my beau and I attending our 2nd Lockn - - again arriving from Richmond VA. Lots of birthdays to be celebrating then, aren't there up to 4 peeps thus far mentioned Aug 25 or thereabouts?!
I've changed my avatar to a pic of my Dad at age 3; he's much more mellowed with age since then.
