Same thing for me too. I got an email saying it was going to ship on Friday and I have checked every day since and still no movement.

"A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated."

"Label Created On:
08/11/2016"

I feel like calling these Frontgate people and explaining to them that creating the shipping label is not sufficient, they have to also make sure that UPS actually gets the package.

I already called, last week. All I got was "if you don't get them by Thursday call us and we will mark the tickets as not received and have some waiting at will call."

I just called tickets today because I still haven't received my wristband and it still hasn't shipped. They are finally "escalating" the issue. Supervisor said that the package may have been lost prior to shipping and I may have to pick up at will call. Thing is, I arrive early on Wednesday and there is no confirmation at this time when will call is opening. And still no word on the bad attachment they sent yesterday for early entry. Unbelievable.

So my stuff is still in Pre-shipment status on USPS so I call the number and am told things were ready to ship on 7-25 but that it shipped on 8-11 and it takes 7 to 10 days to arrive. He also says it is untrack-able, my tracking says 2day delivery with confirmation, what the hell. Thursday will be 1 week before the show starts and I got nothing to get me in. I totally don't feel like having to keep track of all kinds of print outs and receipts to bring down with me. Then wait and wait and wait to get to the box office, why the hell wait to ship when it was all ready on 7-25??? Now if it doesn't arrive in 2 days I have to call again and set up something and travel without WB & Camp Pass, Like I don't have enough to do in life now I have to chase down my entry to my vacation which is supposed to be stress free. I am so annoyed by this, have been keeping positive and expecting a package since LOCKN announced stuff was mailing. The whole thing makes no sense, originally it says no later than 2 weeks before show but probably early, call one week before if you don't get anything, 7-10 days for shipping the math doesn't work. 10 days would be Sunday 21st oh but mail doesn't come on Sundays & by then it isn't guaranteed they would honor the purchase. I am so confused right now. #bekind & thanks for reading my venting...

I called Tickets Today who said they are contacting someone, but if it's lost or cant be reshipped(??), Will Call is the only remedy. That should be a fun experience. Tickets Today said there is a large number of orders in this situation from 8/12.

I know a lot of shows and festivals do this, but I really don't understand why they wait so close to the event to send this stuff out. Used to send stuff out right when you ordered/paid for it. At the very least if you are going to wait this late, your process had best be bullet-proof. Total fail on Lockn and Tickets Today on this one..

This is what I am thinking too. I contacted LOCKN directly with the details, but have not received a response. It's possible that the event folks aren't even aware there is an issue at this point. Maybe with this much lead time they can come up with a good resolution plan. That would be HUGE to me and probably quite a few others.
