It's a conspiracy!!..... i'd like to believe that they have a sense of humor about it and sit in the back office saying "you email this batch?.....Nah, just send them out. Then lets go on LOCKFORUM and watch them squirm and bitch. And that Guy criticalbill that hasn't moved in 3 years and is comfortable with it all and the leading misfit TOO $....Put that in the Aug 18th batch. "My wristbands did not come today. I'M CALLING CID!!!
But sadly.... That would be way to thought out.......

Does the company in Crozet that Phish uses for their mail order tickets not do wristbands? (surprised they are not using the local company unless it's something like that...)

So, here is the short answer...Music Today (the company in Crozet) was part of a larger company called Delivery Agent. Lockn was using Musictoday for their fulfillment. However, Delivery Agent filed for bankruptcy in September of last year and for a while there was concern that the entire business was going to cease operations entirely. At that time Lockn went with Front Gate tickets for their fulfillment. Yes, this was after Lockn last year but that bankruptcy did not come out of nowhere.Does the company in Crozet that Phish uses for their mail order tickets not do wristbands? At this point Musictoday has been sold. It actually was repurchased by Coran Capshaw, who started the entire thing. Coran is best known as the manager of Dave Mathews Band, but also owns a ton of venues and real estate in Charlottesville, including Start Hill brewery (right across the street from Ticketdirect.) They can do wristbands. I have no idea if at some point Lockn will use them for fulfillment again or not.
