I made gazpacho. Would be a good Lockn' food--all your vegetables in one place. You can even garnish with vodka for bloody mary soup.

a fun word to holler out.
Tomato, cucumber, onion, green pepper, V-8, little olive oil and red wine vinegar plus some heat, chopped then run through the blender, is the base. Spices can be vodka, cilantro, parsley, vodka, tabasco, a chipotle, vodka, any hot or milder chilies, Old Bay, whatever.

I blend a little and then when I serve it I add diced veggies so they're good & crunchy.No blender involved in mine. I leave it rustic and chunky.
