My wife and I will be attending the Saturday session only. We are planning on driving down from Washington D.C. on Saturday morning. No camping, but we did buy a parking pass. I've searched, but didn't find definitive answers to two questions I have.

(1) Is it safe to assume the first act will start around noon on Saturday?

(2) What time would you recommend getting to the site? I don't have a sense for how long it will take to get into the parking area (again we won't be camping) and then into the venue. We don't like to miss even a note of music.

1. I think Keller will start at 11.

2. Saturday for day parking will only take minutes to get in and park. It could be a "long" walk to stage but you should be able to drive right in.

First act at blue ridge bowl will be at 1030ish I think. Main stage I'm not 100% sure but definitely by 1. Over at or just after midnight.

Good thinking. They encourage bike riding there. But do bring a good chain & lock, just because.
