Another training tip:

Put a radio alarm clock in the room next to your bedroom. Set it for 4:00 am, turn the volume way up, and put it on a talk radio station.

I pack extra extras of everything. Double redundancy. Have to stop myself from bringing four bottle openers and cork screws because they are about the only thing you won't need.

I lived out of a backpack that design for almost year while travelling Asia. I wish now I knew they made them that big. But maybe from that experience is why I can't pack light any more. I like my things.

Okay. The first day on my vacation, what I did on my summer vacation, the first day on my vacation,I slept until 4pm, then I woke up. Then, I went downtown to a look for job. Then I hung out in front of the drugstore.
