VIP Lounge questions

yes; they have free water/soda and beer/wine sales, snacks (free) and also sunscreen and stuff. Concierge is there, too (don't tell the GA folks it's not much; let them be jealous). Tables and chairs and cooling devices; if it's really hot out it's not really A/C. Thursday BBQ, Sunday Brunch and midnight snacks are there.

There's a set of elite portajohns there, too.

It's open from early morning through the night at least after the last band on the main stage but not sure how much later.

In past years they also had the free water/soda, beer/wine sales, snacks and goodies at a booth in the VIP viewing section behind the soundboard. With the new configuration, not sure.

At L2 the beer in VIP was cheaper than outside by a couple of bucks and good variety; not so at L3 and the mandatory Sierra Nevada.

How is the security check going into the show field?

No hassle entry, it's one of the biggest perks in my mind. It was a bit tiresome waiting on the shoulders why they exhaustively searched my bearer
