Did anyone else try out these rice balls? Holy shit! Just looked up on food network how to make. 2.5 hour prep time. Aint nobody got time for that! Dont care whos on next years bill, im buying 'lumni just for these

Yes! Yum! I had these for the first time last year at Magnaball, and was really excited when I saw they were coming to Lockn'. Then with the heat, I ended up not eating that much (although that cucumber & tomato salad from Sticks definitely hit the spot). Finally on Sunday I felt up to eating the arancini, and had them for dinner. I ordered 2 each of the pizza ball, the one with just mozzarella & pesto, and the mac & cheese ball. That was my dinner. I had to pass up dancing to Phil & Friends playing Fire on the Mountain because I didn't want to stop eating!

The apple lemonade was really great, actually brought me back from almost giving in to the heat. My friend got us some back stage passes from one of his friends and on Sunday they had a proper pig pickin' (with really great slaw like my Mama makes, tater salad and peel and eat shrimp FTMFW) and since it was free we had that instead of more dumplings, that yes... Moondi... I am still dreaming of as well, and those cold noodles ohmygahhhh. I didn't make it to Arancini bros even thought that was on top of my list.

The heat really did mess with my appetite. We stayed in camp longer so we ate something before heading in and then it was just too hot to eat. By the time I got hungry again it was time for the main stage to shut down and we grabbed a bite back at camp.

I pretty much did not eat after breakfast on Saturday or Sunday, due to the heat.
Thursday and Friday I had a sandwich after lunch, but I really struggled to get that down.
I just had no appetite.

i never eat at festivals. ask sue. she has to force feed me. actually ate a couple of meals this year. not hungry, just felt like i should. the sunday breakfast after gospel at jeff's? fucking epic. i crushed that. got hungry as soon as i walked into his kitchen. well done, jeff. and thanks again

I was waiting for bacon to come off the griddle during picture time @ Jeff's when I spotted a ziploc that said "homemade maple bacon" and then another that said "homemade pepper bacon." Hope it was okay that I helpes myself.

Yeah it was Sunday after the Bloody rush. Now if you would have gone all nom nom nom on it Fri then there might have been issues. That stuff was righteous in a Bloody tho. And those turkey links came from Costco as did that thick cut bacon that you couldn't wait for.
