Has anyone here been before? I have been wanting to check it out ever since it started, and this is finally gonna be my year.
The line-up looks incredible, at least to my personal tastes, although I am wondering a bit about the whole EDM side of it. I can handle EDM in very small doses, and I worry about what the EDM fan to jamband fan ratio looks like. As I am not looking to hang out with Molly and dress like a glittery neon rainbow unicorn until the sun comes up, blending in could be a challenge.
On the other hand a lot of folks I talked to at Wanee this year spoke very highly of Hulaween, so it's likely I am building up issues in my head that don't really exist.
But if anybody can shed some light on what a first timer can expect it would be appreciated (and yes, I am aware of what internet searching can yield and have seen the YouTube videos--just looking for some personal insights that promotional videos can't convey).
