Maybe I'm behind the curve on this (as usual) but I really dig this guy. I keep hearing the song "Good to be alive today" on Sirius. Checked out some of his other music and I'm digging it. It's not always super catchy, but it's really positive. The message is generally pretty inspiring, especially in the lyrics of this song. Check it.

I’ve seen him 4 times since 2009, and he always puts on a great show. He has a positive message and is very interactive with the audience.

Not at L2. Pam L.O.V.E.S. him. Not all that much jamming but yes he is putting out some positive. He gets a bad rap in the headier jam community but I always enjoy his shows. He can get you up off your ass and jumping up and down no matter how festivaled out you are. If you are with the one you love and he plays Say Hey (I Love You), which he will, and you aren't filled with love and joy then you aren't too cool for MF you might be kinda dead inside.
