Thank you everyone for your kind words, stories, and thoughts on my dad. I myself, avoided coming back to see what everyone had to say, because I knew how hard it would be hearing from the friends he cared so much about. I know some of you by name and am very glad to see your words. My dad is the most amazing person I have ever known and I have learned everything I know from him. Seeing his integrity and positive attitude at the end is what I hope to carry on. He told me he wasn't going to let impending death, ruin his life.
We talked about future Lockn' festivals we would attend after he kicked this with myself and my 6 year old daughter coming along for the experience. We did several Bonnaroos together and there was a definite pride in his eyes when he introduced me as his daughter. I just hate we couldn't have that again. But I will keep his name and password handy and if the time and money affords in the future, I will let you all know we're coming and we can sit together and reminisce. Thank you all again, so so much, for the friendships you gave my dad. You all meant so much to him and he will be looking over all of you, I know.
