smosey, this is talking about a shaded viewing area at the BRB, not main field. I'm just guessing that they are trying this setup at BH show to see if it will work for BRB shows at Lockn. If they do have more morning shows at BRB during Lockn they will likely provide some type of VIP viewing area. 

I know; I was just projecting it out, since the heat/shade issue is a hot topic from last year. I agree that if they shift several hours of music to BRB instead of the main field, they will have to have VIP accommodations at that stage area, especially viewing, because that's a perk many VIP buyers value.

I still can't see the delayed opening on the main field as a good idea or working well.  But maybe they'd put up a lot of shade at BRB, for everyone, to solve the sunbake problem from last year (not that 4 o'clock isn't hot; around here in August late afternoon is worse than midday.)
