So as I thought might happen, I have to bring my oldest son to college in Upstate New York at the end of the Summer and have to bail on this year's Lockn. Oh well...was just looking though some pictures from L3 and thinking that it will be nice to be there this year. I know that we are not supposed to sell tickets/camping passes here, but if anyone has a suggestion that would be appreciated. Purchased at the Lumni rate so I am guessing that they should be pretty easy to sell.

It will be exciting to bring my son off to college and we have some other music lined up. In terms of tickets we have 2 GA and car camping but I think they might be spoken for. I can message you if things don't work out.

I don't imagine that it will be any problem all as I imaginr that I will sell them long before they ship and I can just change the shipping address. Also I don't believe that tickets ship until the Summer.

I missed both the Dear Jerry shows in October and the DSO shows in December because of my kid. The Dear Jerry shows were on her birthday and she had plans for me (the usual 3 C's: chef, chauffer, and cash). At the time, I was bummed but thought, well DSO at the 9:30 is on MY fricking bday, so I'll go to that instead. That changed when she made the HS swim team as a freshman and had her first ever meet that night (did I mention I was also the Meet Referee).

But Lockn' is sacred to me. It's the one thing I do every year just for me. I go with buddies I've known my entire life and it is needed to refresh my soul. Last year, the Monday after Lockn' was her first day of HS. She was with her mom that weekend, so I felt fine missing the morning and I made it back in time to take her to dinner like we always do.
