Any advice is much appreciated.
Thanks!

Portos: At Lockn they have done a superior job, last year, to catastophic, the year before. Barring any kind of disaster that wipes out 1/2 of them like in 2015 then you really shouldn't have many issues. They really do seem to be getting better at it.
Crowds: Definitely plan to hang at the back. It's what a number of folks on here do. Having said that, we really don't know what it will be like this year. They are re-configuring the venue and we just don't know what it will be like.
Other: Tent? I guess some people do it but not me. Walking? Again with the new layout who knows. Sober: No worries. There are enough sober folks there to not feel weird and this tends to be an older more restrained crowd (not me) but in general you don't have the unfettered hedonism of other fests. Unless you go looking for it of course.
What happens if I take both?

Like any other event, keep an eye on the bathroom lines and locations and calculate your timing.
At night, when it's dark and crowded, if you leave the front stage area, you can't get back easily, so coordinate with your group.
On the other hand, your obvious condition (and congratulations!) may get you sent to the front of the line. It should, and I'll take you there if I see you and others won't. And there are ADA porta's.
We don't know how much room there will be for blankets this year when it gets crowded; during the day it hasn't been an issue. And the crowd is friendly, and should be kind to you.
Here's something that has concerned me for each Lockn, even though I can no longer get pregnant: there is no way to summon medical help in an emergency; the ADA and other transportation (golf carts) is spotty and unreliable; there's one medical tent and a couple of first aid stations hidden from view. So first, I'd talk to the Lockn staff before arrival, and then, on arrival, personally visit the medical tent and discuss with them the best approach if you-know-who tries to sneak into the festival without a ticket, or other concerns arise.
Also, you may already know this if this is not your first, but figure out ways to keep your feet propped up, WAY UP, and keep an eye on your ankles (OK that was mean b/c you can't see them but get someone else to check).

Hydrate, know your limits, and apply sunscreen liberally. Take it easy because dehydration is a sneaky beast. The crowds will not be an issue, and I'm sure you'll find many fine and helpful folks that will go out of their way to accommodate you if you should need assistance. Also, first aid folks are very helpful, and you always have the option of asking for rides from ADA personnel. While you're not technically handicapped, I'd like to see anyone turning down a pregnant woman.
And, while I cannot comment on the cot tent, my husband and I do sleep on cots at shows, just a regular "deluxe" model you can find at Walmart for about $40. They keep you very cool, because you're suspended above the ground and air can circulate around you. I usually lay my 1" yoga mat underneath myself and sleep very well, especially for someone with degenerative disc disease and arthritis. I think cots are greatly undervalued options for sleeping.
