So can we close this and call it settled?

Thursday set. Now time and place TBD?

This makes the most sense to me.


The problem is setting a Thurs meetup spot not knowing the layout. I guess meet up near one of the entrances an hour before? Or the behind the BRB SBD?


For Fri morning we can designate someones camp. ADA Camping has worked well in the past because it limits the amount of area you need to search to find the party. Not sure if we have any ADA Campers this year that are willing to host. VIP is out due to entry concerns and I don't think we have any GA Glamping members. With GA RV and GA Car Camping there is no telling where anyone will be and how hard it will be to find them.

I have a copy of the detailed site map but was asked not to share it so I won't, at this time. After Lockn releases their generic version of the map I can share the detailed copy so we can pick a spot. I'm guessing that the show field(s) will be open at least an hour before the music starts so we could meet inside, near the beer, and proceed to rage!

Well, the offer stands. I'm in ADA RV, and will throw out the welcome mat.

Andie's RV worked well in the past! And maybe we can drop a cooler early there for the later meeting.

I suggest that TOO pick the place and time for Thursday when it is appropriate to do so, and we can anticipate it will be in or near the show field since we'll be headed that way.

But one aspect to consider: do you want to set up outside so we can pound our own free swills, rather than inside for store-bought beer? I'd prefer the former but others may prefer to get inside to get "a place" set up. Also setting up inside makes it easier for people to mosey by any time rather than have an appointment. Again, I'm glad to let TOO make the call. An elephant is a horse designed by committee.

Someone stopped by our campsite in ADA car camping last year asking where to find you. She said she was from the press.  thelizard and I will be in ADA RV, as well, this year.

Just don't put my rig in the boonies like last year. Hell I walked for 30 min tryna get to Andi, only to ask someone else (TOO) to help her. Not to be repeated plz & TY.

So Mrs. TOO doesn't like beer so for the beer exchange we either need to find her a beer she does like or we can bring her some wine.
