The plan as of April was to bring people in through Lovingston again but that is subject to change until it is announced. The layout has changed since then so the transportation plan may have as well. Dave said to Sneake on the hay ride, that those of us arriving for GA RV will follow the same path as usual. Those of us with fatter wallets will be directed onto the race track off of Rt 29. You VIP's & SVIP's will have to start your shoulder rides while frolicking amongst the dirt of the track. No kicking of dirt is allowed. We'll all get enough dust as it is.
As for ADA, no clue. Sorry folks.
Yup...our happy lil butts will be there on Wednesday. I can't believe we are down to single digits. IDK about you guys, but my azz is startin' to get EXCITED!
I got a text last night from Andy, Upstatedrew. That's upstate NY.......anyhoos, he will be there on Wednesday to join us hippies for yet another, AMAZINGLY good time.
Hope yall are ready. It's a marathon babeee, so don't bust your wad too soon.

Just wanted to pass along that I just received my email with the printable early entry pass from Front Gate, so they are on their way! This is what it said regarding arrival directions:
"Your Early Entry parking passes are attached. Each page /
barcode represents Early Entry admission for one person. Each
barcode can only be scanned one time for early entry. Early entry
ticket buyers may enter from 4 pm – 8 pm on Wednesday, August
23rd. From Route 29 north or south, turn onto the 29 Business
Route (Front Street) at the traffic signal at Lovingston. From there,
turn right onto James River Road and then right onto Oak Ridge
Road. Follow staff instruction and signage to arrive at the early
entry check-in."

I just noticed that too. It did say we only needed one per vehicle when I purchased it.

OK, I am perplexed. Their official folding instructions clearly show storing the printed pass in a shirt's breast pocket until presenting the barcode to gain entry.
I had no intention of wearing any breast pockets during the fest.
Am I still going to be able to use the pass deviating from the stated and clearly defined protocol?

You should show up wearing "JUST" a breast pocket so that you are clearly abiding by the rules...OK, I am perplexed. Their official folding instructions clearly show storing the printed pass in a shirt's breast pocket until presenting the barcode to gain entry.
I had no intention of wearing any breast pockets during the fest.
