Nice digs cheap price if someone is looking for a room, maybe two. This place is SICKLEBERRY! This is from a FB post, not my words...

Lockn goers: tired of trying to sleep in the heat and noise and don't want to rent an RV? Inquire within. My room in our house just became available as I will not be able to attend lockn this year, much to my chagrin. We have a house with some pretty excellent friends of mine, minutes away from the festival grounds and it is NOT expensive, especially compared to what CID charges for their VIP packages with crap accommodations and bus drivers who frequently get lost. We have done this all 4 years with great success. Please PM for more details.

Also, we have an extra room as well if that helps (so, 2 couples can easily join in as opposed to just 1)

That may or may not be the daily rate for Lockn days. That is the average/general price. You need to enter the dates to get the actual price. Sometimes higher and sometimes lower. Since it is already booked for the Lockn dates you can't check the rate for those days. I suspect it is more than that tho.

I thought the same thing so I checked every other available date for the rest of the year and they were all $225 a night except Labor Day when it was $250 /night. Labor Day and the day after came to $238/night. I even checked Thanksgiving and Christmas for 2018 and they are listed at $225, as are the likely LOCKN dates for next year. There may be a premium but it is probably not much. Would still be a deal at $400/night...

For 9 years I lived just over a mile from there as the crow flies on a 40 acre farm closer to those mountains. That picture does not do the view justice. If I told you all that went down it would burn off both your ears...ask criticalbill about the parties there

#8 in Gatlinburg FTW. However the rates listed on that site are deceptive. #8 will cost you >$10,000 due to 7 day minimum and organizing 40 people for a 7 day thing would be akin to herding cats.

Excellent deal! This weekend for Phish about 15 of us all chipped in on a six bedroom, three bathroom old brick mansion on South Michigan Avenue. It was about $375 a night before deposit, and I think we paid $250 for a bedroom for the weekend, and the red line is only a block away.
