That's probably Jim Miller based in Laguna Seca. Hangtown uses two companies, one for each, but Jim does it all

To my mind, that would be a lower bar, not higher. I would imagine the number of hammers and guns would be higher at NASCAR, so their ability to make reasonable discernments should be better. Doesn't matter to me though, I am having a bag of hammers delivered by drone.

I think this is a lot of worry about nothing, festivals like this know the deal if they start busting everyone and their mother for small amounts of drugs. I know you can't control the police, but I've never seen any issues at Lockn' in the past like dogs, etc. Not saying it hasn't happened, just saying it's not pervasive.
