Shapiro had great story from Saturday of last Lockn. Friday night/Saturday am crashed at 4 am after his bucket list mark off of Phish at one of his festivals and then JRAD. Cell phone rings at 7 am. It was Phil calling him(gotta take that call as Shaprio says). His plane was stuck in Tahoe. They had to find him a plane and then police escort to the farm. Set was scheduled at 7 pm. He walked out of his van at 7:02, grabbed the bass and walked right on stage for the Phil/TTB/Chris Robinson et al. set. Must of been a bit of stressful day for Pete and Dave.Shapiro is rolling his own at 2 pm on JamOn

Actually I dont think Robinson was in on that set. Russo and Fishman were on drums

Wait a minute. Phil played Sat with Fishman, Page, Anders, Russo & Dusters. Sun was the CRB Friends show. And if Phil can step out of his van on to the stage then why the hell every other time has he started late? And not just a little late.Shapiro had great story from Saturday of last Lockn.
