How does one get billed as An Evening With? Do you have to primarily play music during the day and an evening show is worthy of note? Should I expect to eat dinner with the person? Does it imply something other than just music will occur?

It is typically used for, well, aged or sophisticated folks. Should I have a lower expectation of getting down? Should I not wear a t-shirt?
