Imgur has already (and actually some time ago) changed their user interface. Seems counter-intuitive at first, but really is more convenient.

Show, don't tell, I always say.

Make the video full-size for best results.

The only thing that I will add to this is when you go to copy the link to BB forums you do not need to right-click and copy the link, just press the copy button. Then post the link directly into the body of your post. Please use imgur to host your images before you post them here so that we do not have to worry about storage space for attachments.

Edit: If the copy button does not work for you the right-click and copy method will.

I have added another button that makes it super easy to add an image to your post. Just click the button in the upper right hand corner that says "Add image to post"

The next window pops up. follow the instructions. You can either drag/drop or copy paste your image into this window.

Click Upload

A thumbnail of your image is inserted into your post. clicking on the thumbnail opens the full size image.

We are close to max capacity for attachments. I'm going to go through and delete some older attachments. If yours is one of them, I apologize. This is a reminder to please host your images off site and link them in your posts.
