And the camping at Wanee is sooooooo very good. People that have not experienced it really have no idea of what a community can truly be.

this year was my first year, and i can confirm this. the camping is unlike any other festival i've ever seen. just being able to go back to camp and chill with a bunch of friends around a campfire is amazing. camping in the WOODS instead of a field is amazing. the whole site is... amazing

There's huge generator-run klieg lights in the campgrounds. I don't remember if they have 'em on the trails as well, but I don't remember not being able to see. There was supposed to be luminous inflatables, but I really don't remember those either.

Never go camping without a headlamp is my motto.

I didn't see enough of you and company at Wanee. Hopefully we'll be closer at this Fest.

That's why we keep doing this over and over. One day we'll get it right. And then we'll keep doing it over and over.

With having gone for car camping and ended up with a terrific spot right on the road acrss from the tree entrance to what is now tent only but what was car camping 1, I was hoping for the same. In reviewing what the map says now, forest will be the place to be if you're looking to be a little bit of a walker. There appears to be three spots opened this year, all of which will be interconnected. ..( or interlocked!) And this area will be fairly centrelized. It IS a walk up the hill but ride the cab up, stumble through the woods home... perfect a mundó! Its shaded during the day as it WAS hot... the only thing I would be concerned about would being too loud for the neighborenos...
