Do you think single-day tickets were a "one-year" only type of thing? Or that they're considering it this year as well? I suppose it depends solely on ticket sales?

Also, does anyone know if VIP single-day tickets were available last year? Or was it four-day VIP tickets only? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure single-day are GA only. I'm willing to bet that the decision rests on ticket sales, too. They didn't announce singles until very late in the game last year. I'm sure they wouldn't mind selling out on nothing but 4-day packages, though.

It's only the second year, and these things don't usually even turn a profit until the third or so. I'm confident that there will be single-day tix this year.

They will be available sooner if sales are slow, seemed to me AllGood never had single day passes until the Ohio years. I think singles will be released no earlier than a month before the event. I mean have you seen the line-up?

I agree that single day passes are likely only going to be offered if ticket sales are slow. I doubt we'll hear anything about them in the near future and I would not count on them being available this year. The promoters didn't really seem keen on doing it prior to last year's festival. I think they were offered out of necessity, since ticket sales slumped as a result of Neil's cancellation.

Personally, I'm not a fan of single day tickets. I prefer the "we're all in this crazy weekend together" outlook. Adding daywalkers detracts from the communal atmosphere. Not trying to be a dick, that's just my opinion.

Just heard back from customer service -- "no plans" to offer single day GA or VIP at this time.

Though there were no plans to offer single days last year either. However, this lineup is completely stacked, so maybe this year they won't need to?

I would love to know about single day tickets as well. I have a house rented in OBX for the following week and can't take any extra time off so this would be a perfect stopping point on the drive down for a day/night but would only be able to do Saturday maybe Sunday. I hope they sell them because it's either single day or no Lockn for me. Not going to pay for the whole weekend if I can't be there Thursday or Friday.

To get some songs you have to buy the whole album. If you want to see furthur you buy all days, sell day tix for the other days.

What problems? Was it the getting in & parking? I heard it was a clusterfuck which is normal for a first year.

We all had our challenges getting in last year. I was trapped in the Field of Broken Dreams for 11 hours. Missed the whole first day of music. But once in and set up, the experience was wonderful. And I learned some valuable lessons in the field:

Keep your sunscreen and hand sanitizer close at hand.
Pack your coolers someplace where you can get to them without taking bikes off of the car.
There are some weeds behind the barn next to the field that function well as a ladies' room.
