Nothing good can come from that.
It will lead to virtual bouncers. Once you are in the database, with your ticket, the camera at the top of the stage will scan the audience and see if someone's face, seat number on the ticket and place where that face is sitting matches. If it doesn't, they beam a low-level laser at your eyes so you can't see the show until you move.
On the other hand, with the addition of "read my lips" technology they can see who doesn't know the right words while they sing along and send a song sheet to their smartphone.
