My issue is that once they are in, no one on staff does anything about it. Overall, the staff does very little to enforce any of the rules. Not that I want a police-type staff, but there are some things, like conduct on the show field that interferes with the concert, or which victimizes animals, that they should step up for. Supposedly Lockn checks for the fake ones--they need that same guard that got my smuggled rum.
They also don't allow "comfort animals" but only actual service animals like seeing eye dogs.
Lots get in anyway. At L2 there was an RV with at least 3 big pitbull type dogs. Terrible.

My wife has a service dog. She also trains them. (For mobility, people in wheelchairs or other serious mobility problems) But she doesn't bring the dog to festivals or concerts. Out of respect for the animal.
