Get ready! LOCKN’ 2018 festival wristbands will start shipping soon! If you have moved or need to update your shipping address, you must do so by Monday, July 23 to ensure a safe arrival of your festival wristband package.
To update your shipping info:
• visit Front Gate Tickets, and select 'SIGN IN' or 'MANAGE ORDER' from the website's header navigation to update your address directly online
• or email Front Gate Tickets with your 8-digit order number, the last 4 digits of the credit card used to purchase, and your new address
• or call FGT at 888-512-SHOW with your order #, credit card info, and new address, to update via phone
From the above methods, our ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets, will update your address if your order has not shipped, and if it is before your event's shipping deadline of Friday, August 10. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your festival wristband package is on the way.
If you are planning to bring a vehicle to camp or park on the festival grounds, you (or a member of your party) must also purchase a camping or parking pass for that vehicle. Vehicle passes are still available at locknfestival.com.
Reminder that 4-day Festival Ticket buyers are permitted to enter campgrounds when the tolls open on Thursday morning. 3-day Weekend Ticket buyers are permitted to enter campgrounds starting on Friday. All vehicle occupants must have a valid 4-day Festival or 3-Day Weekend Wristband for entry.
