Too bad they didn’t correct the shipping address. Mine included my email address. 😩

This happened with my Peach tickets and Lockn' tickets. I emailed a complaint and then an image after my Peach tickets arrived and Roberta replied "I do apologize that your email address was printed on the package sent to you, thank you for providing the screenshot of package for us to investigate. I have asked for this issue to be investigated and reviewed. We do value our customer's privacy. "

Unbelievably unprofessional to include an email address on two more pieces of mail even after I complained about it. I'm emailing another complaint so they can start another crack Cyber Team investigation.

Weird, my tickets came in a plain brown envelope with stamps that were not cancelled. Could have been porn sent y the Illuminati.

The first year they had it was great. There was no line for beer (admittedly, they didn't have everything) and I think waters were free.

Are they shipping the wristbands in waves? I don't have an email or a wristband. When should I start getting concerned?

You'll need your order number - on your emailed receipt. It's my understanding that if your order number is blue when you get to the order, it's been processed. You can click on the blue number and it will tell you it's been fulfilled.
