Bike tests out ok (first time out of the garage this year)and fits (barely) in the van RV, so will see folks on the trails at Lockn.

Having your bike is a blast...they have a wheel hose and great trails surrounding that will get your heart pumping..not as necessary as in years past but a great time.trails should be good if not a little soggy. I’m trying to go to the dark side (trail ) this year.you basically have to make a big circle this year but it is fun and cheaper than a cab.i have my bike ,pump,and lock packed and ready..just don’t do any reckless biking...I'm planning on bringing my Mtn bike this year to check out some of the trails and to just cruise around the festival grounds a little faster. Trying to get the girlfriend to bring and ride hers but she's being resistant. I feel I never really get to explore the entire festival because it's so large and walking that far is simply a drag so I'm determined to ride around it completely this year!
If anyone else is planning on bringing theirs and would like to check out some trails or ride around the fest a little let me know!

I’ve taken my mountain bike to Lockn the last three years. It’s a great way to explore the entire festival grounds - much more palatable going from main stage areas out to Garcia’s at night for late shows - and the trail system provides an excellent workout. Bring a lock with the bike. I’ll be on a white, black, and green Cannondale Scalpel.

Set up rv camp and bike is working ok still. Took a short ride around already. Don't have the best legs and wind, but will watch for news on Thursday. Have to check when music starts. Will pm at some point.

My neighbor Brandy has a 3-wheel bicycle, and it's got light all over the wheels and everything. Very cool looking at night.

Trail update. The trailhead was unmanned earlier this am when I rode the short loop. A little muddier and not as groomed as last year so there were more branches, etc. to watch for. As I returned the wheel house is setting up now and it all officially opens at 12.
