Venue Changes 2018

So it looks like the VIP viewing area is on the left and possibly a little bigger. According to the email yesterday the VIP lounge is between the main and relix stage. Could it possibly be like 2 years ago where you could enter the VIP viewing area from the lounge? Hard to tell from diagram.

The VIP lounge is at the top of the hill on the Relix stage side (BRB). The VIP viewing area at main stage does appear to be larger which is good news. Doesn't look like you can enter the viewing area from the lounge. I wish the VIP lounge would be on the main show field and connected to the viewing area as you could two years ago.

Did I mention I'm Greek?

It doesn't look like they increased the size of the VIP camping area too much, so maybe its just going to be roomier.

Yea it looks like the VIP lounge is close to where the 'lumni Lounge was last year.

I'm gonna miss that spot, it was really cool.

Still having a hard time picturing how all the chair people are going to fit in that little area in the back between the standing-room-only main bowl and the vendor area. but whatever.

It looks as though the map shows the VIP viewing area to the side of the stage. Is this the case? The nice viewing area in front is the may draw for us to VIP.

I agree, these are first world problems. That is not lost on me. BUT...we spend a lot of money, once a year, to have an amazing out of this world experience for four days and I just want it to be as good as it ca get as long as it doesn't detract from everyone else's experience.

Sunday, August 26: 12 pm

So, if the VIP tent is inside the show field, and the show field opens at 4:00, why does the welcome BBQ start at 3:00? Same thing goes for Sunday brunch: Show field opens at 12:00, but brunch starts at 10:30...

Lots of conflicting info. The map shows no chairs between the stage and the demarcation line but the FAQ says: Blankets and low back chairs are permitted but behind, or even with, the foh/soundboard only.
