Sorry, I do not have that extra tent I thought I had. Not sure if it was "lent" out or had broken poles.
Anyway, sounds like you have other options in that regard!

Not to shuttle people away from our site here, but are you on Facebook? There is a group there devoted to Lockn and its huge and diverse. Your search for someone to share your campsite would reach a wider audience.

Oh, well, it seems to be the most active one that I'm aware of, aside from the "official" Lockn' group, which is heavily moderated, and only Lockn' can create posts there.
I don't really do FB any more, though.

The group I belong to has approx 5900 members and is the original LOCKN FB forum. It's pretty active year round. I'm sure both groups are a great source of information... Oh I get it, it's a "secret" group. Someone in it has to add you. Martin, please friend me on FB and I'll add you to the group if you like.Oh, well, it seems to be the most active one that I'm aware of, aside from the "official" Lockn' group, which is heavily moderated, and only Lockn' can create posts there.
I don't really do FB any more, though.

It looks like my neighbor (hopefully) & friend The Lizard has offered to let you borrow a tent. Would you like to camp in ADA with my husband & me? We will be in an RV, but there will still be room for a tent. We can also help with camp supplies you might need. We are arriving on Wed so could set up your tent and you only need find us. Also, you'll get to meet the rest of the gang here since we will be the site for the Meet & Greet... Have you found a ride from Cville yet? There is a car service offered (the guy is on Facebook) that will take you to Walmart or somewhere to get supplies...

Last year the group stepped up for a regular who faced financial difficulties getting to the event; this year a hapless traveler. It is so refreshing in this contentious world to find such kindness abound!

It's actually very refreshing to be able to do nice things and prove to people that good does exist in the world. It's important, especially today.
