A friend, arriving Wednesday, bought his daughter a student ticket she is picking up Friday pm at will-call.
Lockn told him she had to present a picture ID, a student ID, and--get this--the credit card used to buy the ticket.
Well, that won't work because he's coming from Norfolk and she lives in Roanoke and he has the card.
I know that often will-call tickets require the same credit card for pick-up.
He's going to email her a copy of the card (all but last 4 digits redacted) for her to present at pick-up, and from conversations he's had, that should work.
But I'm posting this for others who may have bought tickets being picked up at different times. It's a long long hike out to the box office this year.
