hey
I'm flying in from CA solo on Sept 4 at 7am, anyone need a lift?
would appreciate some gas money etc, renting a car through monday am. could also give you a return ride...

Not sure of your experience level with Dulles, but just know that you absolutely do not want to head east to meet someone at 7am on a Thursday. Dulles is in the heart of eastbound NoVA traffic, in case you weren't aware. Don't want you to miss the start of the show.

I would like to go and as right now I am solo also I live by D.C.
He's right traffic is bad but there is not much you can do about that.

i guess we dont have to leave the area exactly at 7am, but would like to get to the site by at least noon. im sure there well be sitting in fest traffic for a bit.

Not sure the timing of 7am Thurs is viable for us, and you may already be full, but hope OK to post on this thread since my partner and I are also looking for a ride from DC, leaving Thurs afternoon or eve (maybe even Fri). I am planning to drive down on Friday leaving the DC area around noon-1pm and coming back up Sunday. I have plenty of room for one and may have room two or three depending on how much stuff you have. Gas money appreciated.
