So, I attended in 2015 and 2016 and stayed in a condo at Wintergreen. We purchased a shuttle and all was great. This year, they have said that only those who purchase the CID package at Wintergreen can ride the shuttles. Obviously, I am bummed about that. Does anyone have any experience with Uber/Lyft service or taxis during Lockn? Are they even around late night? Trying to figure out an alternate way to get to and from the festival grounds.

I'm going to have to assume the latter. I might be going out on a limb, here, but unless they're importing a bunch of Uber/Lyft/Taxis(??) into Lovingston for the weekend, you are likely to get stuck. I wonder why they are limiting shuttles to only CID packages? Could it be that they wanted to provide a better experience for the CID folks? (HAHAHAHA) Nah, just kidding! 
I'd be bummed too.

IW ould think there are enough non-CID people staying up there that some enterprising local would run a magic bus.
If you are solo and have a light-up sign you may be able to hitchhike.

No, I think it is a sketch of the sign in Brewers Hill but dressed like a pirate. Learned beer pong with that beer in 1991;). I spoke to CID and it sounds like they will offer shuttle at last minute depending on sales of the packages. Those are all 4 day and CRAZY expensive. Too bad that they would do that in a year that has many thinking twice about attending.
