I'm so confused and hope someone can help!
We bought GA festival pass and GA RV camping. We have two friends who are coming to the festival from another area and are going to stay in our trailer. I know they can't park their car on our camp site, but am confused what their options are. This is what the Lockn website says..
UNDER RV CAMPING:
"If you have a towable RV, one towing or companion vehicle is allowed per RV, and must be attached to the RV. Extra cars must be parked in Day Parking (Day Parking passes will be available for sale closer to the event)."
But the website also says, under parking, that day pass people must move their cars by 10am (yes...its says 10am but I am sure they mean 10pm). So no overnight parking? I emailed customer service and they said my friends have to purchase tent camping to be able to camp.
It says max six people on an RV site, we would only have 4 total. So why would they say extra cars must be parked in day parking FOR RV CAMPING, clearly if you are camping you are staying overnight.
I just called the 888 customer service number and the guy on the phone was no help at all...he just read back to me off the website saying day pass cars must be moved by 10am. (I said to him, 10AM??? it's an afternoon/night festival...that doesn't even make sense.) He took my email and said someone would respond to my question. But I was wondering if anyone here has faced this issue.
