Poppa Bear RVs' are back on the old Oak Ridge--is there power there?

I car camped at the Baby Bear area two years ago. A few pointers:
--Do not set up close to the road; it's very noisy all night with golf carts and very dusty all the time.*
--It's a wicked long hike to the show field and beyond. Forget coming and going during the day (no Wilco breaks). And forget about buying breakfast/coffee (which is why you RV, but some people...)
--Bring a bike even if you aren't a rider: you can coast down and use it as a walker going back up, and you can carry all your worldly possessions on it if you learn from the Vietnamese.
--stash a cooler and a t shirt with a friendly down by the gate.
--it's a long hike from baby to momma, but relatively level, and you don't have to go through security.
--Garcia's shows are not very loud. The shake down vendors across from you can be, as are the crowds leaving the shows.
--water is an uphill trudge if set up in the same place (the terminal "G" in "GREEN FIELD CAR CAMPING"
--last year the only showers for 20,000 were at the bottom near the show field entrance, again a long hike from baby bear. But the porta's at the top were generally nice.
--Garcia's forest itself makes a great day-time retreat: cool, shady, quiet, some tables.

*I thought I was smart setting up on the road and having open space all around; it did not work out well at all.

Community camping is a new feature, and since people arrive at different times, they are off on their own so you won't have people driving through the campgrounds. It means a hike, but that area is high ground with good air, views and security from marauding troops.

They will probably use the area north of ADA for overflow and late comers, including those who only overnight for a day or two. It's not a bad place to be--close and high ground.

Always take the high ground.

For those of you new to a Lockn and planning to stay in Momma Bear:  the most level spots are in the area designated by the yellow area on the map below.  The red arrow is a not level area.  In fact the whole right side of of the MB area slopes off.  It’s doable with ingenuity.

Had not even noticed the single stage. Maybe they plan on utilizing the turntable.

Looks like it is gently sloped. I took these last year of that area.

Can we deduce anything about what they expect for crowd size based on the new map?

Was it gone? Is my brain so foggy that I am mixing up years? Didn't UM and Lettuce do that cool thing continuing the song as the stage turned last year?

I was leaning towards no, but you certainly present a persuasive argument.
