WRISTBANDS SHIP SOON
UPDATE YOUR MAILING ADDRESS
LOCKN’ 2019 wristbands will start shipping soon! If you have moved or need to update your shipping address, you must do so by Tuesday, July 16 at 11:59PM ET to ensure a safe arrival of your package.
To update your shipping info, sign-in to your Front Gate Tickets LOCKN' account and/or manage order to update your address directly online.
Or, e-mail Front Gate Tickets with you eight-digit order number, the last four digits of the credit card used to purchase, and your new address.
You may also call Front Gate Tickets at (888) 512-SHOW with your order number, credit card info, and new address to update via phone.
From the above methods, our ticketing partner, Front Gate Tickets, will update your address if your order has not shipped, and if it is before your event's shipping deadline of Monday, August 12. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your wristband package is on the way.
If you are planning to bring a vehicle to camp or park on the festival grounds, you (or a member of your party) must also purchase a Camping or Parking Pass for that vehicle. Vehicle passes are still available at locknfestival.com.
A reminder that 4-day Festival Ticket buyers are permitted to enter campgrounds when the tolls open at 6AM ET on Thursday, August 22. (or on Wednesday, August 21 from 4PM - 8PM ET only with an Early-Entry Ticket) 3-day Weekend Ticket buyers are permitted to enter campgrounds starting at 6AM on Friday, August 23. All vehicle occupants must have a valid 4-Day Festival or 3-Day Weekend wristband for entry.
