generally as to tracking "delivery" it's common practice for the carrier to note "delivered" in the system when the item is still on the truck or at the station. I think they do this to meet their daily delivery requirements, and then get to it the next day. They also often get addresses wrong. Point is, you can't rely on tracking info as to actual delivery. Especially with USPS.
