Is there anything special that you do to condition yourself for Lockn?

Personally I have been drinking too much and not sleeping enough so I should be in prime condition...

the Soggy Bottom Boys to see if I can learn anything...

Normally the wife and I would go with the little less sleep and a little more drinking approach, but this year we are going to The Peach so we will use that as a good practice run.
