I got my wrist bands and my Moma Bear RV pass

What about an early entry pass. I did purchase it.
Is it based on my Moma Bear RV number?
My RV pass number is 445
Does that number give me early entry
Is early entry just a 4 hour window? Wed 4pm to 8pm

They will email your early entry pass closer to the event. That number has nothing to do with early entry and yes there is just a 4 hour window from 4pm to 8 pm only on Wednesday.

They will park you where they see fit when you arrive. The only assigned spots will be in the Community Camping area I believe. That number is likely just a sequential number that was assigned to you as they processed your pass.

Any idea when they will email the early entry passes. I live pretty far a away and am leaving for the festival a week early. Live in Tampa. Plan on taking a week to tow my camper to the festival as I camp in various spots with my RV and see some local sites as I slowly make my way to the festival. Got a 2 week vacation and festival is right smack in the middle of my vacation. Don't have to rush home as I can take a week to see some more sites and I slowly tow the camper back to Florida.

I don’t know what happens after 8 but I do know there were RVs in line at noon. If not earlier.

I fudged a little on the dates. Got 17 days off due end of vacation is Labor day weekend so get that Monday off. I should be fine. Leaving for Lockn Early Sat morning Aug 17. Will visit some civil war sites as I make my way to Maryland to meet up with friends to go to Lockn. I can always print out the early entry pass at my buddies house in MD. Planning on arriving there Tues nite Aug 20

It looks like this...

I have arrived at different times for early entry and three out of six times we were parked right next to the entrance to the show field. Whatever I'm doing works and I plan to do the same this year...

You can’t really go in before 4 but they might let you inside the greenfield to line up just to get traffic off the road.we wait until 4 when things are moving and usually wait 1 hr to get processed thru the line and security,checking wristbands etc.much better last year than previous years of waiting 7 hours to get in.

I don’t think it benefits much to get there earlier than 4 ish.you drive in the back way by the big oak tree and tokeep the roads clear theyline you up in greenfield for checking passes and security.Last year it took us about 1 hour to get processed,maybe 2 hours til we got to our spot.In myopinion if you can do early entry it is a time saver overall.it has probably made a big dent in wait times on Thursday morning as well.
