Anyone doing the VIP Glamping for 2019?

 Did VIP Glamping Last year . Had a good time , Bathrooms made the experience .
Bring an ez up tent & tapestries to keep your spot less HOT 
 Area is a Hot ,Bring an extra box fan , so you'll get cross ventilation.

I would suggest bringing Bikes , its Kind of a hike to Gate , This helped us see more music last year .

This year we are doing SVIP .

Exceptionally Good Experiences as a 3 day VIP ticket holder:



• Outstanding sound by Meyer; Loved the line-up,



• VIP tent and most concierges, free waters/ sodas, excellent Sunday Brunch, LOVED the hard copy newspaper, Air conditioned toilets, with amenities; great relaxation area with hammocks, the new vendor food area, misting stations, lots of port o potties.



• Sober Lockn- as sober people this was extremely appreciated by myself, girlfriend and others.



• Excellent preparation for a HUGE  crowd



Things that you could improve upon next year/ that were disappointing this year:



No Wifi for VIP - We wanted to promote your great festival and I couldn't? Have all cellular providers next year. My Sprint did not work. Verizon very spotty.



• NO COFFEE FOR VIP GLAMPERS!-- where was the coffee? We need coffee. Heelllp!



• Too many GA/ hang pass holders in the VIP viewing area. Seems like you oversold the Hang. Needed MUCH More security and EXPERIENCED SECURITY; not only at the VIP viewing entrance but also around the VIP viewing area.



• We were disappointed in the Glamping. THERE WAS NO COFFEE!!



There was really nothing glamorous and very little amenities for the 1400 price tag. We had one small towel in our tent. A single lightbulb in a vase does not offer much in the way of light. Also the tent camping was 400.00 less and they had the exact same thing as us glampers! We found this really not too cool. What were paying 400.00 more for?



We heard that in 2017, there was iced coffee, bananas and the paper every morning in the Glamping Tent area. For this 1400 price we really expected FREE COFFEE.



• Limited to none concierge contact in the Glamping area—Ivy was great, but 4 concierges for the whole VIP area ( tent camping, RV, Glamping) is a joke. There should be at least 2 pp in each area at all times.



• There should have been more than one area to purchase ice.

How does one go about Getting the coveted HANG bracelet ? 

Do I just say " Do you know who  I AM " 

First time Glampers and we have so many questions!
Where are the tents in relation to the VIP camping section on the map?
Where is our parking area and how is the walk? Is it long? Is it through a field?
We’re flying in from across the country and need to pack light. Should we purchase bikes locally? Any place we can resell them after the festival?
Do we need to get chairs or will a small blanket suffice?
Where is the vehicle entrance to the venue? Couldn’t tell on the map.
We aren’t bringing food; just some snacks an water bottles. Is a cooler still necessary?
Considering buying an ez up and checking it in. Has anyone not brought a shade structure? How did that go?

It looks like the tents are in the lower left area in the bit that says VIP on the map. Car parking is in the same area I believe.
I'm bringing a few folding chairs to sit outside the tent but not for the actual festival area.
I may be buying an electric cooler.
There are some shaded areas in the VIP area.

how do you keep the beer cold?

bring an EZ up or two. I'd bring two. One for over your tent and one for you to chill under outside the tent. Saw people do this a couple years ago and I think they slept more soundly.

No where in his post did it say that, just curious...

I know this sounds sacrilegious, but not everybody likes beer. Personally can't stand the stuff.

That's what I like about wine--it still tastes good even warm!
