Average temps are high 70's to low 80's.

if you're dancing your ass off, like you should, there will be no problems. i think it was in the 60s at night, but i dont ever remember being cold. it got a little warm at the height of the day, but certainly not bad. we had perfect weather. i only pray that we have weather as good this year

It did get pretty toasty on Sunday. The problem is that the lineup is so good that once you go into the concert area you are probably going to stay there the entire time. Long term exposure to the sun in the sun in the south during the summer can drain you. Choosing when to go in, shade and plenty of water are the keys to success. It did get cool at night especially if you were up wandering around late.

Bring a sweater for sure.

I used to never get cold at these things, then I turned 33 and things started changing.

It certainly has the possibility of being hot and humid in early September.

The region they have Arrington in (well, Lynchburg, but close enough) is the same region I'm in (probably a lot of you, too): Appalachia. They were mostly right about April and May - drier than usual, no doubt. Didn't notice it was warmer, but maybe it was farther south. Mid-June has been pretty rainy, too. We just came off like eight straight days of gloom. It's like our April showers got pushed back to June.

Anyways, looks fairly accurate from here, and even though I don't fully believe in these kinds of things I'm gonna hope their prediction of dry-but-mild for September is correct.
