Now I was told by a Deputy that attendance AT LOCKN was well below 10K. Young Deputies are usually not a rock solid source of information but I'd class him as a "Tap".
Nah. Highest attendance (Phish and D&C years) was probably 30,000. This year was a good 15000-16000 at least.17000-18000 is probably double Lockn attendance.

My guesses certainly are just guesses. Was at both for all days, Lockn was more crowded. When the decision was made to move to Infinity Downs BRRF had sold 13000 tickets.

One thing about these figures is that ticket sales and daily body count don't match for a multiday event.

I guess while members are conceding to things, I'll concede that my source of info, a young Deputy Sheriff, was probably more a "sprinkler of dubious facts" and not a "tap of occasional insight".My guesses certainly are just guesses.
