Rumors that this fest is moving to July 4th weekend.
How does that affect everyone? Better? Worse? Puts me out almost for sure.

Ever so slightly would increase my chances of going. Probably go from no chance to slim chance..Rumors that this fest is moving to July 4th weekend.

that's so funny you said that because it was my first thought, too--warped minds think alike. For real the reason I know about it is when that product came out with long instructional videos on line, one of the so-called "sexperts" explaining the...uses...was an old college girlfriend of mine!

It would be cool but would almost surely interfere with other band's touring schedules. Phish and Dead & Co. are always on tour around then.
Plenty of other bands do 4th of July destinations. It would make it harder to attract talent/crowds. 2017 Peach was the week after the Bakers Dozen ended and attendance was much smaller that year-one would think they learned their lesson after that.
A festival on the 4th would be awesome in terms of vibe/PTO but probably wouldn't be best for Peach's long term health. The late July dates have worked perfectly for my schedule the past few years. Since my convenience is the only thing that should matter to the organizers, I say keep it in late July.

The new date works for us so I went ahead and reserved a room at the Hampton Inn. I can toss it back if we decide not to go.

They raised the price of on-site RV passes to $500. For a relatively flat piece of gravel with no hookups. Despite the potential lineup and the fact that it's in PA, I'm out. I don't want to give LiveNation any more of my money.
