So just the Jerry Dance Party on Thursday.
Since its just a 3 day festival now I'm sure that will be reflected with a lower price right?

For VIP I want to say it was $100-$200 a ticket more at its highest difference. But thats based on my hazy memory, not screenshots or sure knowledge.From past experience, how much is the 'lumni (early bird) discount off the general release?

This is weird - seeing the $219 above made me look back at what I paid last year, and when I opened the email (on iPhone) the header from Front Gate has the LOCKN 2020 logo & info on it.

As I interpret this article, it appears that the $219 for GA is the "lumni" rate.
I wouldn't be surprised if they abandoned the lumni program.
This made more sense when I was lumni at lockn 2 and got a sweet bottle opener. It felt like a nice gesture to say "Hey, we know that we weren't really prepared for you all last year with the entry gate and super far camping. Give us another chance".
Since then, the lumni "benefits" have kind of gone by the wayside. Not sure if I even got a lumni wristband for the "lumni lounge" last year.

I think they really missed a cool boat with the alumni thing. The bottle opener was an awesome inexpensive gift. All down hill from there

Right. A bottle opener for a glass-free event. Maybe corkscrews this year?
Hasn't the 'lumni and early bird discounts been the same? It's not like you get a better seat by buying early. I don't get the rush.
