Why are the Nat'l online fees so damn much?!!? 12 bucks on a $25 ticket? Nah.

Better make sure there is no service charge there as well. I believe they feel that selling you tickets in advance is a 'service' that they can charge you for.
I bought tickets for a Dead show long ago at RFK. Went down to the stadium and there still was a service charge. I really wanted to bitch about it and ask exactly what service they were providing, but it serves no purpose to argue with the drone at the ticket counter. That know nothing and don't make those decisions anyway.
The only way the 'service charge' thieving will stop is when people stop buying tickets over it or the artists make it a cause, but I can't see either of those things actually happening.

Just back from the box office, paid $59 for 2.
(FYI, my tkt number is 730, so it's about halfway full already....)
