I like the upcycle aspect. Very trendy now. Try $45, and, as I suggested, other designs that can be used after Nov. 1.

Get some cool eye patterns from the net - like these:
They are 30lb refrigerant tanks. Once empty and recovered they are essentially scrap, non-refillable. Slightly smaller than propane tanks.what are the dimensions--are they 5 gallon propane tanks?
Anyway since you asked $75 is a non-starter for a single holiday item. You could make other lanterns without the "jack" for people to use through the winter.
Also a lot depends on how you can light them.
I realize $75 dollars is crazy but that is what I saw for sale. Much higher quality than these, stenciled and plasma cut probably.
I just figure if I put these out, people are likely to want to buy some. Could be a nice up-cycling side hustle.

If these are appropriately fire proof, they might look awesome with kuriti 's brush burner blasting flames through the eyes and mouth holes.
