Thanks, Too for trying to help with the refund. Would have rolled over if they gave dates. Might be buying tix again if they announce some good dates for me for next summer. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I don't want to gripe any more than necessary (and it appears no one else is complaining on this thread lately) but it's been 75 days since I requested a refund on August 17th. Everyone (Melissa, The Other One) I've communicated with has been very nice but, for chrissakes, $4k of my money tied up this long is a real drag! I'm hopeful that something can be done. Soon.

I hope this gets resolved soon, that's a lot of cheddar to be tied up. Lockn definitely failed on the refund front.

Ive been to all Lockns, and have no complaints. I’m hoping there will be another one in 2021.
But I think that the safest strategy for 2021 Lockn ticket buying is to wait until the very last minute to purchase. Lockn doesn’t sell out, and your camping spot assignment is random, so there’s really no value to buying your tickets more than a few days in advance, other than avoiding the logistical hassle of will call if you are in an RV or trailer.

I agree and that's what I've planned, except when Dead & Co was announced and there was a bit of a panic. Plus I've won tickets twice.
RV, however, sells out so it's a different strategy, and at L3, VIP camping was oversold.
Now, with virus concerns limiting numbers, events are selling out quickly, but for the artists and promoters, that's no longer what it used to be.

By way of an update...
Received my refund from Lockn' today. While I have been displeased that it took 3.5 months to process, I'm grateful to Melissa who was exceedingly kind and responsive throughout. She's a credit to the organization. Happy new year to all, hoping for more togetherness in 2021.
