I've used that on Comcast several times and got responses. Interestingly enough now that I'm with Verizon, I've never had to even put the blinker on, much less get in the exit lane and go there. 

I wouldn't say that's true. Bonnaroo postponed until September but have offered refunds if you can't make the new dates.

true I should have said hard cancellation or reschedule--I don't sense that the October date is hard or else they'd be in the refund business. I wonder whether the upcoming June 19 date will have any significance in how they have to proceed.  But no one really knows except the ones what ain't saying.

that's the professional way to do it. I also see that Bonnaroo has a full line-up announced, unlike Lockn and ACL.

As the world begins to reopen, let’s take a moment to give our thanks to the first responders, hospital workers, and others who have been on the front lines. You have our sincerest gratitude. We also want to thank all of you for continuing to inspire us, your outpouring of warmth, and the kindness that we have seen across the country as we continue to navigate this uncertain time.



While adjustments to the live music experience are still evolving, it is encouraging to see people reuniting with caution, care, and creativity. We are exploring innovative safety measures and monitoring the reopening policies and practices being developed and used in various locations during this rapidly changing environment, and we believe best practices can be put into place that will allow fans and performers to celebrate together in a safe and healthy manner.



We are committed to doing everything we can to produce the eighth annual LOCKN’, October 1 - 4, 2020. Our team is dedicated to hosting a safe celebration for you, the artists, our staff members, and the community surrounding us in beautiful Nelson County, Virginia. Due to the anticipated restrictions on capacity and the added expense of the equipment and new health and safety protocols that will be necessary to conduct the event, prices for new ticket purchases are likely to increase. Existing LOCKN’ ticket holders will not have to pay any additional fees or costs.



Should it turn out that we are unable to produce LOCKN’ 2020, we will make several options available to anyone who has purchased a ticket, including a full refund. We will let you know by August 31st, at the latest. Until we are able to share our plan with more certainty, we are truly grateful for your patience.
