As of now I'm still scheduled to be at a dumb work conference that weekend October. That conference better not happen, as it involves about 100-150 people from 50+ different offices across 12 different states flying into New Jersey for an indoor conference to take place in a hotel. Not even joking I'd feel way safer and more confident about my ability to social distance at Lockn.

If my conference is cancelled and isn't replaced by some evil Zoom thing, and if Lockn does really happen, I'd have to think about it. Depends on Covid news, line up and how realistic everything looks. If for example the virus is raging like it is now, the line up is a bunch of local bands and Keller Williams headlining, and if you need to get to a spot by noon and not leave if you want any hope of seeing the stage, I may pass. No disrespect to anyone going under those circumstances, it just seems like too much to deal with given the circumstances.

If however my work does the ethical thing, the line up is mostly what it was before, and if the rules seem sensible and practical, Im in.

Wish I could say yes, but it’s a nope for me. The wife is type 1 diabetic and we really have limited our interactions with the general public....vaccine would change my response

As of now, I am probably 99% out. I just can't seem to figure out a way to make it happen with work and being so far away. Guess I will get a chance to catch up with ya'll in 2021. I've personally seen the spikes in my area(lower DE), from the long-term care facilities and the chicken plants and hospitals. I lost my mother ,at the beginning of March., as this virus was was just becoming knowledge. So I have seen it first hand. I wear a mask 8 hrs a day, not very uncomfortable, I go home tired everyday,from breathing my own air back. They get damp and sweaty in the sun and stick to you . I think that VA is just showing a surge, and this festival should wait.
