I had that conversation today. We are two weeks into a year end freeze on 'non-essential' changes until Jan 3. Talk about surrendering... Not officially, but effectually.So, anybody else off for the next 30+ days, or is it just me? Retired Boomers need not respond. <3
I blame the 'use-it-or-lose-it' PTO policies most big companies seem to have.

Found out at the last minute I had 142 hours to spend or lose. I have no idea what I'm going to do with myself. I've been on that hard grind for so longI had that conversation today. First I hope everyone had a glorious turkey day. My holiday plans went sideways but worked out. Original plans were Wednesday booster followed by old JRADfail fest edibles(courtesy my forum fav) and sleep through Thursday. They ran out of booster and I ended up far from home a dozen beers, 1/2 bottle of Single Malt, plus some dabs away from I should be. Long story short, I woke up at 9PM Thursday instead of 9AM Friday. Damn Covid nearly ruined everything
